I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in college athletics compliance before deciding to return to my hometown and build a business in the community that helped shape me.
Community involvement is incredibly important to me. I currently serve as President of Rotary, am involved with our local Chamber of Commerce, and participate in a variety of events and initiatives throughout our hometown.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative with Madison Peterson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
